Boulton Farms
This farm outside Chimacum was glowing in the light. I just had to pull over…
Wildlife Wednesday…I see it!
This bear was not very stealthy in his attack of the fish. He would just run and turn and run and splash splash splash.
Mt Baker
I had to risk life in limb parked on the side of hwy 101 to get this shot. But I just couldn’t turn it down. (We have a lot of logging trucks barreling down the hwy here!)
Sequim is a small plane haven…
There are so many private air strips in and around Sequim. We have a very high per capita of retired airline pilots here. This is also right next to the ODT. The variety of things you can see while walking or riding the trail is endless. Come give it a try!
Oh Deer!
While riding on the ODT with my WOW (women on wheels) group. We saw this Baldy up close eating the remnants of a fawn. Most likely a cayote took it down originally.
Faraway Friday-Sydney
The architecture in Sydney was so diverse. A hundred and fifty year old brick brick church surrounded by ultra modern sky scrapers.
