Faraway Friday-G’day Mate!
This wallaby (stands about 4 ft) always looked like he was saying hi between nibbles of his tasty eucalyptus. I know…I always anthropomorphize my furry subjects.
Wildlife Wednesday-Alligators
This lil guy was hanging out at Circle B Ranch outside of Orlando
Faraway Friday-Milford Sound
It was soooooooo rainy that we couldn’t even enter the sound for two hours. When we did it seemed that ALL the walls were waterfalls of varying sizes. It was beautiful but we could only see the first layer of the imposing mountains…
I can only imagine what a site it must be.
Wildlife Wednesday–Iguana
I was just watching a Nat Geo episode on the Galapagos. The focused on these amazing marine iguanas. I feel so blessed that I got to see them in person…they do look like little Godzillas!
I love the pattern this one was making as he climbed the sand hill.
Faraway Friday-Galapagos None shall pass!
These little Sally Crabs were everywhere in tidepools in the Galapagos. They rarely ran away, usually putting their lil claws up in a fighting stance.
Wildlife Wednesday…I see it!
This bear was not very stealthy in his attack of the fish. He would just run and turn and run and splash splash splash.
