When I saw this heart shape within a huge iceberg I screamed “STOP STOP STOP”…Our guide in his very thick russian accent said “you do realize boats do not have brakes….”
He did come back around so I could get the shot however!
I was not expecting to see such dry barren land in the Arctic. It was beautiful.
These male walrus’ were sandwiched in. Whenever anyone tried to move–lots of grunts and growls ensued.
This waterfall was fed by a big river with lots of sediment…It reminded of us Willy Wonka–if he was in the Arctic.
Trying to capture a clean shot of these puffins on a bouncing zodiac was HARD!
Nature Loves You–When I was photographing this murmuration of redwing blackbirds they seemed to have formed heart!
