I didn’t think it was possible but the tribe added more lights this year to their already spectacular display on Sequim Bay. I took a long exposure to capture car’s light trails.

Sunrise in the Fog
This sunrise over John Wayne marina with the fog was just stunning. 30 seconds later it was totally gone.
“my” Eagle
I’ll share him with you (often). He comes to the branch of this tree just outside my window almost daily. I know its a he, because males are smaller and his mate is usually flying with him or nearby.
Sunrise on the Bay
Sunrise always dances light on different parts of the bay across from my house. Here Port Williams is lit up right at the entrance to the bay from the straight of Juan de Fuca.
Thanks for holding still-Your Majesty…
Kingfishers are skiddish and FAST. So I was very happy he granted me permission to photograph him!
Beware the fog…
I had just watched the horror movie THE FOG on Halloween when the next day a thick fog came into Sequim bay. But if lightly lifted just around the marina to give me this shot for just a few seconds.
Sequim bay sunset
This has been an amazingly warm fall. It’s mid October and temps are still in the 50s with BEAUTIFUL sunsets and sunrises.
