I love going to Carrie Blake park and watching kids just be kids. Such joy from just twirling, trying to do cartwheels, eating an ice cream…
It’s a little store surrounded by farms. Has a little of everything and is a GREAT place to stop for a lil treat or drink.
There is a black communication board with want ads, jobs, things to give away or sell. Carried over from the times before texting and the internet!
Lots of venders–many art and jewelry tents, food, and of course LAVENDER!
Victor’s always has a fun upbeat barn dance each year on Friday and Saturday of the festival.
Please know that you can visit the farm outside of the festival (The week just before and after have lot of lavender and less crowds
All of the farms are locally family owned and worked.
The only problem with getting low in the lavender is the BEES!
