All the ducks were tucking in for a warm nap in Ester Shore park.
Each neighbohood in Volterra Italy proudly flew their neighborhood flags. They were different colors and designs in each area.
There were several shore fisherman, fishing for salmon. I asked him if he caught anything. He said “No but any day fishing is better than sitting around”
That’s a gull diving down trying to get his bait.
This man (at leasts 80yrs but no one knew for sure) was the tribe’s leader. He had 9 wives, and this was one of his daughters. I loved the tenderness and care he showed her.
This man is a member of the Detoga tribe. They are metal workers and melt down just about anything from the kitchen sink to car parts to get the metal to work with.
