I loved this fancy daffodil I found at Pioneer Park in Sequim.

Lake Union is for the birds…
They’ve built really nice parks around the Lake Union area of Seattle. There were many grandparents taking their grandkids for walks. These gulls were lined up waiting.
They clearly knew what was coming next.
Railroad bridge at sunset
Our WOW group continued on to the railroad bridge which is also all lit up (thanks again to the S’Klallam Tribe.) We arrived about 4:30 and the sky was all orange thanks to the setting sun. I’ve never seen it like this before. The silhouetted trees were outrageous. And the contrast of the cool lights and the warm sky breathtaking. So happy I was there WITH a camera!

Contentment
This mallard was very content next to the pond at Carrie Blake.
Youthful Exuberence
I love going to Carrie Blake park and watching kids just be kids. Such joy from just twirling, trying to do cartwheels, eating an ice cream…
Lavender Festival Street Fair
Face Painting was very popular at the fair held at Ester Shore Park.
