Suzanne is an amazing photographer. And she is so lucky to live in the Happy Valley neighborhood where the Elk come to her! She can always recognize this buck because of his wonky front antler which she thinks got damaged early on in a fight.

Happy Valley
There are a lot of very unique houses in this area (as well as Elk-not seen here)
Chicken “jail”
I loved this chicken coop seen off of Old Olympic Hwy. It had a lot of roosters. The neighbors have to LOVE them!
Walking Buddies
I love that anywhere at any time in Sequim you can see horses or horse and buggies going down the street. (note the care in the background)
Thanks to Olala and Waylan the horses for posing near Finn Hall.
Model T
On Finn Hall Rd a hod rod car builder made this as his adress marker.
Lawn Art?
You see a lot of boats used as lawn art in Sequim…not usually this big…
Yard art takes on a new meaning in Sequim
Sequim was/ is a farming community. Good soil, good irrigation (thus the irrigation festival) and mild weather–all good for growing. So many of the smaller gentleman’s farms have interesting yard “art”.
This is on the way to the entrance to the Audubon Center at Railroad Bridge Park.
