This River Otter mama has made my dock her nursery!
This is one of my favorite birds that visits my yard. The first time I saw him I thought he was an escaped pet–he was soooo vibrant.
These two were watching the bay for a long time before they saw what they wanted for dinner!
River Otter on my dock (note ALL the dungeness crab carcasses!)
I saw this guy on our dock and crept down to take some pics. It wasnt until I was processing the photos that I noticed–It’s not a guy but a new mama!
Look bottom right and you’ll see a lil head and feet in the water. That explains why the rest of the family was not around.
My neighbors totem pole seemed to be smirking at my husband when he was shoveling snow.
I woke up about 4 am and the moon was so bright, and setting over the horizon. I love how the branches look like they’re holding onto the moon.
