I drove passed this sign in Jamestown but just had to come back and take a picture. So many titles, so little time.

Thar she blows…
This Anna’s Hummer was hanging on for dear life this weekend. It was really blowing at the end of the bay. I only had a 50mm lens but he let me walk right up to him.
Beware–we have vultures!
There are a LOT of Turkey Vultures on the peninsula. Down at the end of Sequim Bay they were sunning themselves.
Sing baby sing!
I think this is a Song Sparrow…he at least thinks he is. I sat there watching him at the top of this branch sing away with a pretty lil song for almost a half an hour.
I was at the Jamestown S’klallam village at the end of Sequim Bay. They have lovely trails and benches to enjoy the wildife and the bay.
Blast off into the new year!
Having worked in hospitals treating head injuries for over 20 years, I’ve seen the aftermath of way too many car accidents…especially on New Year’s eve. Stay safe everyone!
These shots were taken using intentional camera motion. FUN to play with.
Totems in the night
I went to shoot the Christmas lights but this lit up totem really caught my attention. This is the newest one guarding the entrance to the new 7 Cedars Hotel.
Christmas lights in Jamestown
Jamestown is ALL lit up at Christmas. A worker told my hubby the tribe spends $4 million a year on lighting up all the public spaces they do each year.
THANKS!
