I drove passed this sign in Jamestown but just had to come back and take a picture. So many titles, so little time.
This Anna’s Hummer was hanging on for dear life this weekend. It was really blowing at the end of the bay. I only had a 50mm lens but he let me walk right up to him.
There are a LOT of Turkey Vultures on the peninsula. Down at the end of Sequim Bay they were sunning themselves.
I think this is a Song Sparrow…he at least thinks he is. I sat there watching him at the top of this branch sing away with a pretty lil song for almost a half an hour.
I was at the Jamestown S’klallam village at the end of Sequim Bay. They have lovely trails and benches to enjoy the wildife and the bay.
Having worked in hospitals treating head injuries for over 20 years, I’ve seen the aftermath of way too many car accidents…especially on New Year’s eve. Stay safe everyone!

I went to shoot the Christmas lights but this lit up totem really caught my attention. This is the newest one guarding the entrance to the new 7 Cedars Hotel.
