I spotted this sunflower fence on Macley Road on Wednesday. Looks pretty nice.

Scarlet Runner Beans
I wish these runner beans were in my backyard, but no…they belong to my friend Loretta.
Pretty Driveway
Blossoms
When I went to pick up my income tax forms today, I noticed the trees behind the office starting to blossom out. Camera came out and in the back of my mind I wondered, did I post something similar last year? I went and checked my archives…no, I was just starting back up again in April of last year. Must have been the year before.
Last of the summer blooms
Someone fetilized and has taken good care of these blooms. Summer is started to fade, and there are some that could stand a little deadheading. Today I offer them as a virtual gift to my Mother for her birthday. Unfortunately, she is not in good health. For several years, my sister has gone to her house and planted her a flower garden for Mother’s Day. It always makes her happy.
Tomorrow I will celebrate my first year as a DCP Blogger. I hope you will stop by and visit.
Wild Rhody
Last month the wild rhododenderns were in full bloom. As you drove along, you would see splotches of pink against the green. It is a true sign summer is on it’s way in the Northwest.
The "Dock" on 101
Between Carlsborg Road and Kitchen Dick on the North side of the road is a lovely little pond with a dock. As I whiz by on my way home, I always think how pretty and peaceful the scene.
