This was shot riding my bike along the waterfront trail from the ferry dock in downtown Seattle

I was told these are licorice ferns. I just love how they come right our of the moss in the trees of the Olympics

Everywhere you turn in the Olympics there is a waterfall or babling brook. This is just 40 minutes from Sequim.

This oak is ini Fairhome on the West end of Lake Cresecent…

It’s magnificent in every season.

These trees are at the beginning of Lake Crescent when driving west. They have decades of love notes on them.

This tiny guy (about the size of your thumbnail) was in a branch at Heronswood Gardens.
