This kingfisher kept going in and out of the bushes near the marina. The photo gets soft around his head and left wing due to the blowing leaves.
But it reminded me of an angel flying…

This was taken from my lil panasonic point and shoot on Jamestown Rd. Twice a week I ride with the WOW (women on wheels) group. We almost ALWAYS see Baldy’s, and usually a lot of other raptors.
We all feel incredibly blessed to live in such a beautiful place surrounded by nature. I been here for a full 7 years now as of this week…And I’m telling you it NEVER gets old!
This Baldy swooped down and caught this duck just off the dungeness spit.
This Great Blue heron has been consistently hanging out at this farm about 1/2 mile away from the wildlife ponds of three crabs road. There is no water here..we can’t figure it out…
