Summer’s over. Harvested hay is packed away for deployment until supplies are replenished next year.

This is more a shed than a barn. But I like its simplicity. And the day was wet and gloomy so the shot became a black and white image. The more grey it gets outside the more I’m likely to make that my go-to this season.

I’ve featured this barn before. But this time I found a better spot to pull over and take a shot. It’s hard to resist a closer view.

This barn had a dusting of our recent snow. And it appeared to be growing out of the brambles that surround it.

I may have posted a shot of this barn before. I’m not sure. But there it was. And there I was.

My new bazooka lens allowed me a closer view of this large dairy operation. (At least I think it’s dairy. I’ve seen cattle there.)

I hadn’t noticed this white barn on the property before. Oh, the things I can see now!

This barn isn’t doing too well. The farm it’s on is still a going concern. I can’t imagine that they don’t need it.
