We stopped and watched (for about 10 minutes). It looked kind of like a cayote, but a little smaller. A fox? So I put on my long lens 400mm to get a better look…
It was a log, with ears, tail, and fur from the grain on the log.

At first it was just the lil chipmunk, plopped in the bird feeder with his legs wrapped around, trying everything to get the little thistle seeds out, which was funny enough (or maybe I’m just bored.) Then came the birds. This one had been starring at the chipmunk, then turned and gave me this look.
