Jardin du Soleil Lavender Farm part 2 of 3.
Jardin du Soleil Lavender Farm. I’ll post two more pictures from here tomorrow and the next day. What a peaceful place to explore…the scent of lavender in the air and the humming of bees as you walk around is a great combination.
I think this is a cool looking house, very unique. It looks even better in person when you can see it from all angles and all the little touches they have outside. We like to drive around looking at houses and yesterday was a good day for it, too overcast to take any decent scenery ones.
I remember reading about this dwelling last year and the controversy surrounding it. It’s hard to capture how bright it is, especially in it’s surroundings. (The front is even brighter, but I didn’t want to go down the private driveway to take a picture of it. The newspaper article linked does show it.) Now that I’m looking at the picture, what captures my attention even more is it looks like there are some kind of doll heads or face sculptures on the posts in the garden and my curiousity on that is up.

Carnival going on in town, have fun everyone.
We went to check on the eaglets yesterday, they were out of the nest but still right next to it. This eagle was sitting close by.
