This is such a typical scene in Port Townsend. Deer “helping” to prune as a gardener works in her yard.
This was near the street festival and stopped traffic in all directions with visitors snapping photos and shocked that they could get so close.
This was ONE mom and 4 babies…I think something must have happened to another mom.
They left a job well done by the looks of it. On to the next place.
They don’t seem skittish.
