yes, it is a Golden Crowned Sparrow. They started showing up a week or two ago, and on Wednesday, a Fox Sparrow was seen on the Discovery Trail in Sequim. They’re returning, back from their summer breeding in Alaska and Canada.
Sparrows are not native to Australia but we do have them.
