It’s official: the U.S. is now in a state of emergency.
So many things have been cancelled I’m starting to worry about whether I’ll have a birthday later this year.

Same thing going on in Canada. I am concerned but I refuse to panic like the toilet paper freaks we have north of the border.
Over here we were told to self isolate so that is what we’re doing. Everything is closed except grocery stores, public transit is still operating but that could change. Some panic shopping is going on even though the public was asked not to do that. Bread, pasta and toilet paper are the items people stock up on and now their supplies are very low.
You are absolutely right, we do live in interesting times.
We are living in crazy times. That’s for sure.
It’s the same here.
Skipping a birthday sounds like a good idea! Never get old just like Peter Pan!
It sure is interesting. I am concerned for all of the small businesses who cannot hold out against the extreme loss of trade. At the moment I think only the supermarkets are doing well.
