I can’t take credit for the sweet peas growing in my garden. A few hearty plants are blossoming despite our wet September.

So pretty!
Survivor’s, they are determined to blossom.
It has been dry here and a lot of gardens are drooping. We are supposed to get rain tonight. My Morning Glories have just stated to bloom after sitting doing nothing all summer!
Pretty colours!
My sweet peas are just beginning to flower … how odd that yours are still going!
My favorites – the scent is just fabulous. I didn’t grow any sweet peas this year – barely grew anything – but have plans already in place for next year. I want to get some of the wild sweet peas that so abundantly line our roads, but missed my chance for this year – maybe I can find someone online who has collected them and has a few seeds to sell. We’ve been incredibly rain over here – I figured you wouldn’t get as much as we have – we’ve had thunder and lightening ever so fierce – and over 5 inches of rain last week – amazing. Happy week ahead my friend.
