Flocks of blackbirds come to our yard, pecking around for whatever they find in the grass. Recently, one flew into our window in a panic. When I looked out the window to see if it was hurt I saw this scene further out. The rest of the flock was perched on nearby roofs. Those are black feathers scattered around the male harrier that’s giving me the eye.
