The craggy Cascade Mountains run north to south through Washington and roughly divide the state. Although the Olympic range to our south is often at our visual doorstep, the Cascades to our east only show themselves to us on very clear days. Sequim Bay is in the foreground here.

How lovely to have awesome scenery like this in your area.
Mountains always amaze me. They are so majestic to look at..
That is gorgeous!
A beautiful view of the mountains. They look magnificent with their tops covered in snow.
The mountains uplift the soul.
Faaaaaaaaabulous – I’m doing a post in a few weeks about the Olympics seen from near Stanwood – and I’m going to link to this page – it is great that we are both doing posts of each other’s mountains.
Oh my gosh, when the Cascades do show themselves , it’s worth the wait Kay, spectacular sight!
