If there is a story that goes with this old trailer I don’t know what it is. It says “Doc Frick’s Patented Medicine Show.” There was a Frick’s Drug store in Sequim for 52 years. It closed in 2014 after the owners retired. I don’t know whether the venture had an early incarnation or if this unit was a unique form of advertising. For now, the enigma is parked in a distant field.

You’d think someone would want to preserve this old wagon. It’s a beauty and I would love to know the story behind it. Nice capture Kay!
It has character.
I bet it belonged to an ancestor of the pharmacy owners!
What a great find! It reminds me of a scene in the movie “The Wizard of Oz”.
What a great find – maybe someone will fill in the story about it. I’m back from horrendous September and ready to catch up on blog reading and do a bit of posting myself – once I get some photos sorted out. Happy days my dear.
Most likely a piece of modern advertising but would be nice if it was original.
Ah! An image of a day gone by!
Oh there has to be a connection there Kay.. looks doubtful that the wagon has a future, hope I’m wrong ✨
