I first showed you this tree in winter here, last year. I returned to it here in a post last week. But I didn’t feel the photo did it justice. I went back again the other day, different camera, different time of day. I think this shot gives you a better idea of the silhouette in summer.

Count me in as a person that has difficulty photographing trees. Trying different times of day seems to help.
I love the fact that it is a tree that has become an old friend of yours, sort of like Steffie’s tree and our very own “Witch Tree” in Minnesota. Hope that you are having a wonderful Sunday!
