Even if the weather didn’t cooperate during my visit last week with Jan from Sarasota Daily Photo, the eagles did. We went to two reliable eagle perches and found them. This one was near a couple of other eagles. One was an immature that had so few white feathers it just presented just a dark silhouette against the sky. The other was hidden behind branches.
This one had his eye on nearby Dungeness Bay, a reliable spot for finding a good meal.
I didn’t have my big bazooka lens with me. It would have been nice.
“Big, bazooka lens”? Have you shown us a photo of that? But you done good anyway. And the eagles posed nicely.
I think we all have eagles on our minds at this time of year. Our hiking group devoted one of the hikes to visiting our urban eagles in the neighbourhood. Such majestic birds! You don’t need a zoom lens to appreciate and photograph them. Great job!
They’re such majestic birds.
You still got a beauty of a shot, Kay. Nice one!
Wonderful shots Kay! Such beautiful birds.
They are still nice images even without the bazooka lens.
