A new house is being built. Not many around here go upward like this one — it’s more of an urban style and footprint. But it wasn’t until the paint started to go on that my jaw dropped.
Uhmm…Swedish flag?
This is the house next door if you want a sense of the neighborhood.
Wow, almost like the owner is joking with the neighbours!
The owner is a baker and likes layered cake? 🙂
There is obviously no neighborhood homeowner’s association. This is an eyesore of majestic proportions. Ugh!
Holy questionable colors! Seeing this, I naturally think maize & blue…Michigan colors…my sworn enemy! : ) Gosh, I’d be a bit annoyed if I lived next door. And, we haven’t we discussed the architecture yet…
Going to be some VERY annoyed neighbors in the hood, Kay.
That is a wow house if I ever saw one. It just doesn’t fit in and the colours are absolutely terrible.
Oh my gawd! – don’t you have zoning standards in Sequim?
I came over from Andy’s blog.
My goodness, how would like to look at those colours everyday.
The second house is so much nicer.
I’ve only seen a yellow of that shade on a building once before- and that was on a building set to be demolished.
Well, one thing you can say is that the neighbourhood is genuinely diverse!
