This is one magnificent tree. I hurried to get a shot of it before our latest gale hit. It’s beside a busy road. The overriding choice is how to stay out of traffic and get the photo.

This tree is in it’s Royal glory.
PS: I have missed many photo ops because of a lack of a safe place to stop.

Glad you were able to get this shot and keep from getting run over! That’s always a problem for me, too. It’s a gorgeous tree, though…and the leaves are turning…it’s the season!

Glorious! You did well, not getting hit in traffic. Did you get that big storm they predicted for today? We got a little swipe of a few gusts of wind and some rain drops – had more earlier in the week than today – ok by me.
Fall is beautiful but I don’t appreciate what follows!
