I feel like a sponge for spring. It feels like every small blossom is a marvel. These little gems aren’t much bigger than a small coin.

I envy you.
In Southern Ontario today we start with light snow then rain in the afternoon. Very few blooms here.
They’re a delight to see!
They are dainty and very attractive.
Pretty. Now that I spend the winter in a sunny and warm place, I am losing that special lift of the spirit that accompanies the arrival of spring in northern places. But, that loss is an acceptable trade-off for the much better winters.
