Here’s Alder Wood Bistro, one of my favorite places to eat in Sequim. The menu is heavy with locally sourced ingredients. It’s pricey enough for us that it’s not an impulse dinner out but our meals there have been memorable. And their Chocolate Bliss is aptly named.

I’d go there because it obviously is a very happy place to visit.
Chocolate Bliss is reason enough to pop in!
The building looks like a converted house. It’s quite attractive. Now I’ve got another place to eat if and when I get to Sequim!
I keep getting Sequim and Seguin mixed up. You live in the former, and the latter is a small town in Texas which has, as its claim to fame, Texas Lutheran College. Oh, Sequin also has a really nice golf course.
The locally sourced ingredients thing was what would sell me. I like fruit desserts more than chocolate desserts.
I’d definitely eat there just on your recommendation. Ahhh chocolate bliss – sounds wonderful.
Chocolate is not my favourite but the idea of eating local really appeals to me.
I like any restaurant that serves chocolate bliss!
