Views of Sequim, the Olympic Peninsula. . .and beyond
Shinin’ on me
We’re slipping into autumn mighty fast and I’m savoring what blue skies we have these days.

The clouds a putting on a impressive show for you.
Summer lingers here. Back in the 90s today. Nice clouds. I hope to see a few today.
Fantastic sky!
Very pretty, but don’t you have blue skies in the fall?
I’m jealous! It’s way too hot and muggy here north of Toronto today!
We lived in Sequim for many years then had to move to California for my job, and are finally getting back to Sequim next spring. Where I’m at in Ca. is beautiful sunny skies each and every day. But the question is, what do we do here? There is only hiking at one place. The rest is a desert here, just dusty, dirty and brown everywhere. And don’t even get me started on income taxes, property taxes, gas taxes, plastic bottle taxes and taxes on taxes (told you not to get me started!) Sequim has the Dungennes Recreation area that you hike everyday and not get tired of it. It has Hurricane Ridge that is awesome beyond words. And Robin Hill is wonderful, as is the Olympic Discovery Trail and the Railroad Bridge park. So don’t get too hung up on only sun, Sequim beats CA. by a country mile in a New York minute.
Beautiful skies, Kay. In Connecticut, we are in a transition period. Today was very hot, almost summery, during the day, but now at night it is cool and autumnal.
It’s cooling down here in California too; tomorrow is only supposed to be 107 degrees.
I like that tiny bit of vegetation at the bottom of the photo that is dwarfed by a magnificent sky and clouds.
Gorgeous skies! We’re starting to see fall colours here.
