At the first of this year I promised a series of this willow tree that I see often at one of the trailheads at Dungeness Recreation Area. Here it is in its full summer foliage. Click here to see it last January, and here to see its springtime look.
An aside: Today is the fourth anniversary of my blogging premiere on Sequim Daily Photo. That was 1,422 posts ago but who’s counting? Time to buy a cupcake and celebrate.
Congrats to four years of blogging. The clever people among us knows that a tree is always a good choice for a few photos!
Happy Anniversary, Kay!
Your willow looks great. I guess we will be looking at the Tree in Fall before we know it.
Enjoy your well deserved cupcake.
A great occasion for celebration! Thanks for the links; the January shot is sobering since that month will be upon us before we know it. What a difference the seasons make, but how wonderful to live in a spot where the seasons delight us.
We’re building a house less than one mile from there, can’t wait to be able to walk to that tree! 🙂
Congratulations on 4 years, Kay! Your blog is wonderful, and tell the fine people at “That Takes the Cake” hi for me when you get your cupcake.
Bravo on four years! The tree looks quite lush.
Congratulations on four years and may you post for many more. Enjoy the cupcake!
Congrats on the 4 years!!! Always a day brightener!
Oh, I think you deserve more than a cupcake, but that is all you’re allowing yourself, enjoy!!
Happy bloggiversary! This tree is looking quite bushy.
Lush in this season.
Four years! Congratulations, Kay. It is easy to start one of these blogs, it is hard sticking with it day after day, week after week, and year after year. Well done.
