I’ve driven by this truck many times. I don’t know it’s story though DH supposes it’s an old Army truck.
It’s seen better days.

It does look very old.
It is an old Army truck. I drove one like it in the 60’s, my first tour. It could go back to 40″s or 50’s. The top is missing beause it was made of canvas.
Fascinating find. I think this is probably of early 40s vintage…I remember driving vehicles with that kind of gearshift…but I was quite young.
