Robins in the tree waiting for walkers to pass so they can return to the hunt for dinner along the trail. I’m certain the worms don’t mind the delay.

I am anxiously waiting to see my first robin this year. Our loyal and beautiful Cardinals still visit the bird feeder with regularity and I have grown so fond of their bright color against our dreary MN landscape.
Love the robins this time of the year – they look like ornaments in the trees.
We won’t see robins here for awhile, but they do start coming north, and feeding off berries that are still in the trees while waiting for things to warm up.
I wonder if robins have a spring ‘pick-up line’?
early bird missed the worm due an an even earlier walker (smile)
Birdman wonders if robins have a pick-up line. The way that man’s mind works is a wonder.
