This is a willow tree I see often. It’s at an entrance to the Dungeness Recreation Area. I’ve resolved repeatedly to photograph it in various seasons. Let’s see if I get a running start with this shot.

Mr. Jansson at Haninge DP has a tree which he photographs in all seasons. I tried to do that with an oak tree here, but it changed from green to green so I gave up. 🙂
How majestic, the way it towers above that house! I love seeing the same scenes in different seasons!

Great idea – love the contrast with the house.
A beautiful shot! I look forward to more takes on this tree.
i want to learn how to run … i hated it as a kid. but i know i can walk … can i ever love to run? i wonder??! ( :
It is pretty in the late afternoon amber light. Maybe this old tree will become as famous as Steffe’s.
This is going to be a good visual project.
