Actually, I saw a lot of them. This is a window display on Mississippi Street in Portland, Oregon.

Wow – I always wonder about things like this – how long did it take to hang them all? And did any break while hanging them? Great photo. Do they turn them on?

Well, I don’t know that for a fact. But it’s a good guess, I think!
Eye catching! They did a good job including a variety of colors in the display at different eye levels. Can you imagine what this would look like in monochromatic white?
