Waiting for some sun
This chaos of yellow from the Chihuly Garden and Glass in Seattle is a perfect anti-winter sculpture.
And a Happy St. Patrick’s Day for those of you who celebrate with a little chaos of green.

Why did Phyllis Diller pop into my mind! 🙂
Sometimes I cannot figure out what I do that messes up my comments! Here I go again . . This image reminds me of a Chihuly chandelier in the foyer of the Minneapolis Institute of Arts, only it is all yellow with neon lights inside. I watched its installation with my then 5-year-old grandson. What pleasures!!
Happy St. Paddy’s Day!
May your blessings outnumber
The shamrocks that grow,
And may trouble avoid you
Wherever you go.

“Anti-winter”? Love that phrase and it fits perfectly with the winter so many people have experienced this year. Looks to me like a passel of writhing snakes!
We had a nice, warm, sunny day yesterday. Today is overcast and pouring rain. Still fairly warm, though. If you don’t like the weather here, wait a few minutes, it will change!
not much sun here either… lots of wind it is…
ah yes, we passed that place in seattle, but didnt want to pay the entrance fee, haha…
“Anti winter sculpture”, very clever! 🙂 And, of course, I love it!
There is something fun and happy about this swirl of yellow glass. Nice.
I like your new look.
I was enjoying the image … until Lowell mentioned snakes.
Such great sunny color. When I see these I always have a fleeting thought about the ones he has dropped – but then I get back to enjoying them.
