Here’s another view from the Skagit Valley, north of Seattle. That bright red stripe in the distance is a tulip field in bloom during the Skagit Valley Tulip Festival last April.

Another great shot – love the contrast. I can’t wait for the tulips to bloom – but the daffodils are only a few inches tall – we need some warmer weather,
