It’s not unheard of to get caught behind farm equipment on roads around here. And they do move more slowly than a typical sedan. But it’s a heck of a lot less annoying than any of the traffic jams I remember from my commute days in California.
This sign is posted in the Skagit Valley.
This is also a common sign in rural Ontario. Some of these farm vehicles are humongous.
we have bike traffic jams. they dissolve a bit faster but are frustrating too!
The “share the road” signs I see involve bicycles, never farm equipment. This is fascinating.
Better to meet a tractor on the road than an unexpected leaping deer.
I believe I haven’t seen such a sign before.
