Dusk
Geese honk their way across the horizon in loose formations. Their migration south is another sure sign of fall.

The natural instincts of these birds in flight is a pleasure to watch.
Ya, it’s fall when those birds stet to V-ing it across an evening sunset.
We saw our first skein of geese too – it is that time – and soon the thousands of Tundra Swans and gigantic flocks of Snow Geese will be in the Skagit Valley – ready to be photographed once again.
Fabulous photo!!!!
Gee, if those geese had wanted to stay up your way longer, I am sure that the people down here wouldn’t mind. (We call them “pests.”)
What better sight than this in the morning. Those birds in formation is wonderful.
