Spectacular is a correct description!
This is a very cool cloud formation, Kay. I like how you captured it with the mountains and treetops. It provides perspective on how high these clouds were. Typically, when cumulus clouds starting forming here in the summer it means a thunderstorm will hit in a matter of hours. You were fortunate to have these big, puffy clouds floating around all day.
