Metal art adorns the Johnson Creek Trestle. These leaves are near the east end of the trestle. Further west, deeper in shadow and close to the creek, are metal fish that defied capture.

Views of Sequim, the Olympic Peninsula. . .and beyond
I thought they were the real thing. Either the artist did a good job or else you did the perfect photo.
It would frustrate me no end if I went fishing and the fish defied capture. I should say it has frustrated me no end many times. So, you have my sympathy because you were left with only a leaf.
But, I think you will have a good day in spite of all that trauma. I’m going to leaf you alone now.
Oh, those are so neat! I wouldn’t mind having it….
That’s amazing! I wish there was more of that decor or art around. It would make so many boring sterile utilitarian structures so much more enjoyable to look at! A wondful capture from yesterday also!
That’s so clever….and unexpected. Very cool. Are there signs informing visitors know about the artwork…or do people just stumble across it?
What a smart idea for outdoor art. Love it.
