Even Sequim’s “Welcome Elk” seems to be getting into the spirit of things these days. And yes, that is a Rudolph style light on its nose.
Hey, Santa! You’ve got backup here in Washington if you need it.
Views of Sequim, the Olympic Peninsula. . .and beyond
That is so adorable and festive!
Neat way to welcome people to your town.
It seems that you live in a very nice community and this I take as another example of that. It’s cute. Not gaudy or overdone, just cute and fun to look at!
Hope you’re doing OK these days.
Wondering if our other elk , at the other end of town, is decorated also? Not too many lights here in Sequim this year. One huge one on Hendrickson (they seem to only light it up on weekends) Hope you are feeling better Kay and not doing too much to tire you out.
@Patricia, this is the elk at the east end of town. The one at the west end isn’t decorated. It looks as if it may be difficult to get power to the one on the west side.
I’m doing better these days but the combination of wet/cold weather and a bad knee has limited my photo excursions somewhat. . .
