I found some Autumn red between storms the other day. This is the most gorgeous Japanese maple. The light and my shot don’t really do it justice. But we’re definitely having “take what you can get” weather these days.

Definitely take what you can get, and you got this one nicely. They’re a great colourful tree.
This tree has the most gorgeous red colour. Your camera never sees the scene the way your eyes do.
This is an awesome tree and such a refreshing sight since our own trees have long ago lost their finery and are now naked and bare to the world. We are so drawn to color, aren’t we?!
Ta da! This has got to be the bestest red tree fall shot I’ve ever seen. Absolutely magnificent and your exposure is perfect! You say the light wasn’t right but actually it was probably perfect ’cause you don’t have all the harshness and contrast of a sunny day…cloudy days are often better for deepening colors. Whatever, be proud!
YWonderful photo, beautiful light, a delight that tree with red leaves.
