Truth or sarcasm?

It would depend on what side they are on.
Sadly, too much of the truth.
Well, considering that the mountains of West Virginia are disappearing and the rivers run red with chemicals pollutants, and that the Gulf of Mexico is still despoiled by the BP spill, and that fracking is destroying large parts of eastern states such as Pennsylvania, and there is a continuous push to drill for oil in sensitive areas even thought we’ve got hundreds of leases not being used and we export almost all the oil from new drilling and our forests are being decimated by lumber companies who care only about profits … I’d say it is sarcastic but it’s sarcasm is well-deserved!

Perhaps a measure of each.
Absolutely both!
Considering the whole planet I would say sarcasm!
