The natural world has many surprises for us. The lone horse makes the scene a bit less mysterious. Looks like he’s patiently waiting for the mysterious fog to pass.
Lovely shot Kay! The rains are back again here, so limited photo opportunities – again.
Gorgeous shot. Very peaceful. Is that frost or a light dusting of snow on the ground?
Always love fog photos and you captured this very well.
oow, very pretty. you can really see the layers of fog…! rain here. with a little wet snow. beehh
Stunning shot, Kay… I’m so glad you decided to join us and share at Weekly Top Shot 🙂
Excellent!
Excellent! Heading to Sequim soon for a too short stay.
I love misty shots like this.
Beautiful scene and your photo, too.
Regards and best wishes
Great photo work, fantastic shot…

LOVE IT!
Kay, this picture is very cool. One of those pictures you almost feel the air from.
Very tranquil scene… is that a barn in the background? Love barns & horses =)
Thank you, all! That is a barn in the background and there are often horses on the hillside. And there is a road that runs across the shot behind the horse. It’s a lovely scene, whatever the weather.
