Taking serious steps to move to Sequim in the very new future (a few years). Hope we and the economy can pull it off.
I love the lady hiding down in the corner. 🙂 Must be a fragrant place to live!
The lady who owns this Farm lost her husband a couple years back. Now she is remarried but has this Farm up for sale. Hey Larry, want to buy a Lavender Farm? PS: I think they are a whole lot of work!
Cedarbrook Lavender and Jardin du Soleil are also for sale, Larry. . . ; -)
I wanted so badly to come up to shoot some lavender, but didn’t make it last week… is it still on?? and pretty? Love this shot…I can smell that heavenly scent all the way over here in Seattle! 🙂
I want to run my hands through that purple.
Larry, that is exciting! I hope you can pull it off too, I know how much you like the area.
Madge, there are still things to see. I just read an article on it…http://peninsuladailynews.com/article/20110729/NEWS/110729961/weekend-lavender-fields-of-sequim-not-too-late-to-see-them
Madge, the Sunshine Lavender Farm located on 101 just outside of town, just before you get to the 7Cedars Casino…..has a fantastic gift shop and great layout of lavender…open all year!
Now I bet that smells like heaven around there.
