Is this the one off 101 at Kitchen Dick Road? I was pleased to see that they have continued their tradition…they had threatened to end it last year. The Maze is lots of fun..a bit pricey but fun to do!
Pat, that’s the one. I think they’ve threatened to end it every year that I’ve lived here because supposedly it doesn’t make enough money…yet with the prices they charge and the amount of people I see there participating it’s hard to figure that one out. We just went and took pictures. I wanted to go in the Maze, but I’m not paying $20 for us both to go through or picking out a pumpkin for $0.45 a pound. Even a cup of coffee is $2 according to the paper. I’m glad people can go out and enjoy it, but it just seems really expensive.
Once through the maze was enough for us. I think we skipped lunch that day. 10.00 each is too much! I am El Cheapo and when I get a yen for a hot cup of Chai…we go home and I make it! But taking photos is FREE and FUN!
Forgot to ask: how is your camera repair going??
Pat, I ordered the part and now I’m just waiting for it to arrive. It only took him something like 10 minutes last time to fix it so we just need the part. Thanks for asking 🙂
Very rustic setting with the pumpkins.I like that folksy appearance of the buildings
Great Halloween/fall scenes!
Looks like a cool place. Great place for setting the mood for Halloween/Fall. Might be cheaper to pick out a pumpkin at the grocery store but then some of the fun is lost.
