I happened to catch this photo of the city crew stringing lights in the BOA pocket park on main and Sequim Dungeness. This morning I received the following message “Just wanted to correct who put up the lights. The City of Sequim does not hang the lights nor pay for them. The lights are a project of the Sequim Chamber of Commerce and is funded by the business sponsorship of the flower baskets.The design for the lighting is by Andrew May and the organization and flower baskets by volunteer and former Citizen of the Year, Emily Wescott.”I stand corrected and look forward to stopping by and getting a picture of the finished project.
