I think Sequim is known for a lot of things…among them are the friendly people, the wonderful places to walk, our mountains, and the nearby Strait of Juan de Fuca. And I bet you thought I was going to mention lavender. As of late I’ve noticed there are several spots where benches are sprouting up, an invitation to stop a spell, rest and enjoy the view. This lovely one is in front of an auto parts store on East Washington.

Norma you found my most favorite bench of all time! Wish I knew where it was from, it is lovely. We have bought several benches from the Statuary Shop down the street but they do not have this bench! Sadly the Auto Parts place has closed up shop, moved hopefully..it was a favorite stop of my husband’s.
That is a lovely bench. I believe one could pleasantly while away some time seated there.
Its a very quaint bench to be in front of a auto parts store. It looks so inviting to as you say just sit a spell.
