It takes a lot of folks to keep our little town looking good. Running this big truck is no easy task with cars whizzing by. The Sequim Public Works Department does an excellent job, and I appreciate their efforts.

c’est moderne chez vous, voila un travail tres important, mais a evry on est reste au balayeur (sympathique celui qui travaille sur mon allée, on bavarde souvent le matin)
it is modern on your premise, veiled a very important work, but has evry one is remainder with sweeping (sympathetic nerve that which works on my alley, one often chatters the morning)
We certainly appreciate the Streetsweeper out here in Sunshine Acres (Diamond Point) when they sweep up all the gravel and sand that has been put down for the Winter! A welcome sight. But I do agree with Olivier that they sound of them sometimes rattles your brain!
Do you have the little three-wheeler (I think they are called Pelicans), sweepers in Sequim? They are so cute. 🙂
Sweepers are great but if there are cars parked by the sidewalk nothing gets swept. Good picture for discussion.
Are you sure you don’t have them? Here’s a photo.
How do they clean the sidewalks?
